I was so grateful to have a session with Julia. She took such an indepth look into all my health habits, asked lots of questions and left no stone unturned. This was then turned into a comprehensive report, with lots of practical suggestions for adjustments I could make to my diet, sleep and wellbeing routines. Julia is easy to speak to, passionate about what she does and has clearly worked hard to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in this field. I would highly recommend her services.
