My Nutritional Plans are created for each individual client, according to their goals, health challenges, medical and family history, food intolerances and tastes, their cultural backgrounds, and budgetary possibilities.
I spend a long time going through the details of a person’s health, and then consult the latest scientific research, as well as ancient dietary knowledge.
First consultations take about 1 hour, after which I go away and write up your personalised plan. We would have a follow-up 1-2 months after this, and my clients often find it beneficial to come back for a few more appointments to get their health back on track.
